PIBC Inc. was established in 1993 and incorporated in 1998. We are located in Vancouver, BC Canada.

Mr. Leonid Pechisker, PIBC Inc. President, brings to his clients over twenty-five years of experience with scientific research, project performances, and dealing with large engineering, planning, and management consulting firms.

Today PIBC Inc. is an experienced Professional Engineering firm, staffed to provide a full complement of consulting and engineering services. Telecommunications is one of PIBC Inc. 's primary fields of expertise. PIBC has been active in HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coax network) and FTTP (Fiber to the Premises) designs for outside cable plant for the last twenty years for a number of large clients. Due to our extensive experience working on telecommunication designs for many areas in province of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario we have the expertise to navigate the associated regulatory processes, such as civil permits and the P408/P408A process.

PIBC offers a wide range of CAD drafting and conversion services. Our CAD team is cross-trained in many disciplines and has access to custom CAD tools. The high level of technical expertise of our company ensures we provide a quality solution of a task of any complexity level. We utilize the latest CAD standards and techniques to develop CAD projects. A committed team of highly experienced professionals, led in each specific field by established Engineers with varied and vast experience, makes it possible to provide quality services while staying on schedules. We have wide knowledge in Metric and Imperial systems and extensive experience in CAD conversions, including Paper to CAD and Bentley MicroStation to CAD conversions for clients in the USA and Canada.
