We have a strong CAD capability that has grown in experience over the past years. This experience has resulted in reliable, accurate, cost effective, and high quality CAD conversion services with the specialization in Civil (plan and profiles, access roads, site plans, general arrangements, sections, contour maps, legal plans, municipal permits, ) Electrical (schematics, single line diagrams, wiring drawings , control and telecommunications circuitry) disciplines. 

PIBC Inc. had successfully completed a four year (2010-2013) Sewer Drawings DIGITAL CONVERSION PROJECT for Metro Vancouver, had fully demonstrated its competency and had won a bid for an additional contract of four year period  (2014-2017) with an option to extend for a further two one year extensions.

We create drawings in AutoCAD in Original units with accordance of all dimensions, distances, stations, elevations and labels available on the original client drawing. All drawings will be drawn according to scanning and vectorization requirements stated in Client Drafting standards and utilizing Client digital templates if provided. The vectorization process will be completed by precise manual redrafting utilizing customized CAD routines in AutoCAD 2014, and not via automated vectorization, which is usually less accurate. This is the only guaranteed method of an accurate and CAD correct paper to CAD conversion. 

We utilize the 3 Level checking processes that ensure the high quality of the final product. We estimate 25% to 30% of the time will be spent on Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
